Are you a leader or a follower?

A leader basically forms the top of a pyramid of his followers. A leader can’t function alone without his ardent followers. So, this is like asking if you’re an engine in a train or the coaches attached. One needs the other for a collective purpose.
How would you choose between a pair of eyes?
